A service to celebrate Cyril's life will be held at Christ Church Anglican Church, 243 Wicksteed Street, Whanganui on Wednesday 22nd March 2023 at 1:30pm, followed by private cremation.
On 17th March 2023, peacefully at Whanganui Hospital after a long illness, aged 70 years.
